Purpose of Role
This is a development role, which is aimed to equip the jobholder with the necessary skills to manage a portfolio of the Banks' Premier customers within 6 to 9 months

Following a laid down development path together with:
Assisting Premier Relationship Managers in activities such as completing reviews, organising new to bank acquisitions, reviewing portfolio to identify cross selling opportunities, identifying non-qualifiers, attracting business to reinstate eligibility or transfer out of portfolio in a customer-driven manner
Preparing to achieve published interview and contact activity standards
Identifying opportunities in day to day activities that contribute to the success of colleagues in other business areas, particularly in Commercial and Wealth Management
Essential Skills
Completing the accreditation programme
Commit to completing the CEFA and CEMAP accreditation within 2 years of becoming a full Premier Relationship Manager
Ability to analyse financial priorities and influence customers to choose HSBC solutions
Extensive knowledge of competitor activity
Full understanding of the needs of the mass affluent customer segment
Ability to develop excellent relationship management skills
Customer driven with a strong focus on quality of service
A clear understanding of how value is created within the Premier segment, both for customers and the bank
