Office Manager
We're a fun and busy media company looking for an Office Manager to run our Mayfair office. We produce weekly homes and interiors related columns for national newspapers as well as run two national property websites.
The ideal applicant will be super organized, driven, able to take own initiative and make quick decisions, work well under pressure and comfortable in dealing with multiple projects in a demanding deadline driven environment. An eye for detail is essential. The position would suit a professional, friendly, enthusiastic team player with excellent communication and computer skills. The right candidate would be a responsibly minded person, who is ready for a challenge. A sense of humour and an interest in interiors is a plus.
Responsibilities will include;
- Day to day running of the office
- Preparing weekly accounts
- Liaising with suppliers
- Support to managing director
- Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
- Personnel admin
- Technical support
- Filing copy and images to the papers
- Credit control
Immediate start. £23-25K (depending upon experience).
